<span class="projectContainerHeading">Client: </span>HOLIDAYINN <br /><br /> Carrots n celery was a multi- cuisine coffee shop at the Holiday Inn Hotel. With maximum daylight coming into this pool facing restaurant, a conscious flow of space was highlighted throughout the area. <br /><br /> Two zones were created for maintenance purposes. The space was defined by the food counter area at the entry, with all the daylight flooding in the space, highlighting the vaulted mauve ceiling that reflected various moods through the day.<br /><br /> An energetic design with a fresh feel as the brief was decided, led to the furniture in specific cool colors like silver grey, blue and mauve for the chairs while the table shone in ash and silver grey.<br /><br /> Directional elements were paid special attention to go with linear track lighting floating in mid air. Neutral colors for the decor were chosen to keep scope for experimentation during their food festivals.
