MODI<br /><br /> <span class="projectContainerHeading">LOCATION: </span>NASHIK <br /><br /> <span class="projectContainerHeading">AREA: </span> 2500 sq.ft. <br /><br /> With the Modi family moving to Nashik solely for their kid's education, the requirement for an all - purpose, medium budget and maintenance free abode emerged as a design lead. <br /><br /> Thus came to realization a 2500 sq.ft. area comprising of 4 bedrooms, a formal living and dining space and a functional kitchen. All these spaces were programmed in such a manner that elegance, efficiency and comfort ruled the modest budget. <br /><br /> Warm tones in brown wood along with a cream and beige palette sum up for the spaces while textures and highlights in various hues accentuate certain corners.
