Project Design Management can be referred to the process of a holistic approach towards developing an idea as per client’s needs and imagination. It works towards building an effective and efficient organizational structure which works with innovation and flexibility.

A developer may not always hold the vision of his idea to its fullest potential. Thus it may so happen that the project may not be able to reach its maximum viability or serve the purpose it is meant to. Project Design Management aims at the formation of a customized design team that would understand the project to its minutest detail and therefore take it ahead in the most suited direction.

It involves short listing and hiring consultants from relevant fields as well coordination with consultants, architects and construction partners during design development and construction stage.

The process requires strategic advice on probable development yields, risk assessment, project cost analysis and strategic advice on project concept designs. It also assists the developer in creating an organization structure complete with roles and responsibilities and identifying a project team as per structure.
